Christian Glass & Mirror Inc. was founded in 2014 by Gary Reaves and his wife, Maggie Reaves, with a vision to provide exceptional glass and glazing services while upholding strong family values and integrity in business.

Our Story

Gary Reaves has been immersed in the glazing industry since 1999, following a family tradition that dates back to the 1970s. His family played a key role in glazing projects such as Bush Intercontinental Airport and Williams Tower. Starting as a teenager working summers with his father, Gary quickly progressed in the trade. By the age of 18, he was already a field superintendent, responsible for measuring, fabricating, and installing a variety of glazing systems, including curtain walls, storefronts, herculite doors, and glass handrails.

His dedication and hands-on experience in the field led to a project management role in 2006, and by 2011, he was managing a commercial glass company. With years of expertise and leadership under his belt, he and Maggie took the leap to establish Christian Glass & Mirror Inc. in 2014.

Maggie Reaves brings extensive business and accounting experience to the company. After completing her education in business, she worked for the Tax Assessor’s office for seven years, earning certification in the tax assessing field. She then gained additional experience in accounting while working for a steel erection construction company for four years and later at Champion Energy Services. Her 14 years of experience in administration and finance have been instrumental in managing the business operations of Christian Glass & Mirror Inc.
