Gary Reaves – President
Christian Glass & Mirror Inc. was proudly founded in 2014 by Gary Reaves and his wife, Maggie Reaves. With over 20 years of hands-on glazing experience, Gary brings unmatched expertise and a true legacy of craftsmanship to the company.
Gary’s journey in the glass industry began in 1999, following a family tradition that dates back to the 1970s. Starting out as a helper, he advanced through the ranks — field-measuring, fabricating, and installing everything from curtain walls and storefronts to herculite doors and glass handrails. By 2006, he was promoted to project manager, and in 2011, he took on leadership at a large commercial glass company.
All these experiences set the stage for launching Christian Glass & Mirror, where Gary now leads with precision, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
Maggie Reaves-Vice President
Maggie Reaves brings exceptional talent and skill in business and accounting to Christian Glass & Mirror. After studying business in college, she spent seven years at the Tax Assessor’s Office, earning certification in the field. Her expertise grew through roles in accounting with a Steel Erection Construction company and Champion Energy Services.
With 14 years of professional experience before co-founding the business, Maggie now oversees operations and financial management, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and dedication to exceptional service are key pillars of the company’s continued success.
Monica – Office assistant
Monica relocated to Houston in 2021 with her family and has since become an essential part of our team at Christian Glass & Mirror. She diligently works hand-in-hand with our accounting and estimators, helping with everything from accounting needs to order entries and keeping the flow of job files accurately entered into our databases.
Angelica – Accounting Assistant
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Angelica is the heart of our front office. She’s been with Christian Glass & Mirror since 2020, bringing dedication and detail to every project behind the scenes. She aids in our accounting department, specializing in accounts receivable and data entry.
Justin – Estimator
Justin has been estimating commercial glazing projects since 2018 and specializes in interior glass projects and full structural glass installations. He has the skill and experience to handle anything from small builds to large-scale storefronts. When it comes to precision and professionalism, Justin is your guy.
Wynde Bookout – Project Estimator / Coordinator
With over 36 years of experience in the glass industry, Wynde brings a wealth of knowledge to any commercial project. Since 1989, she has built a legacy of excellence and has been part of the Christian Glass & Mirror family since 2020.
